– 100g flour
– ½ Sachet of chemical yeast
– 2 eggs
– 1 plain yoghurt
– 3 table spoon of oil
– 100g of cooked ham cut to dices
– 75g of grated cheese
– Salt, pepper
- Heat the oven at 180°C (th.6).
- Beat the eggs, salt and pepper lightly (ham is already salted). Gradually add flour, yeast, yoghurt, and oil. Mix thoroughly.
- Add the cheese and ham. Mix again.
- Pour in the muffin molds (only 2/3 of the mold).don’t forget to butter the molds.
- Put in the oven for 20 min till they are golden.
